Terms of Service

Last updated · June 18, 2026

These terms govern use of the Verity website and product. For care organizations, a separate master agreement and data-processing addendum take precedence over anything here.

Acceptance

By accessing the site or using the product, you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to do so.

The service

Verity helps care teams turn conversations into reviewed records and searchable memory. AI drafts documentation; a human reviews and approves before anything becomes official. We do not provide medical advice.

Accounts & access

You're responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Access is limited to authorized users designated by the customer organization.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access data you're not authorized to, and no use that interferes with others' use of the platform.

Customer data

Care records remain the property and responsibility of the customer organization. We process them only as instructed and as described in our privacy policy and data agreements.

Availability & changes

We work to keep the service available and may update features over time. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a revised date.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Specific warranties and liability terms for customers are set out in the applicable master agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Questions? Contact us.
