About us

We build the memory layer care teams have been documenting around for decades.

Why we exist

Care work generates an enormous amount of knowledge that never becomes usable. It's spoken at handoff, scribbled on a note, half-entered into a system, and then it's gone.

Continuity Systems started with a simple observation: frontline staff already know what happened. The problem isn't knowledge — it's the distance between saying it and turning it into a record someone can trust and find later. Verity closes that distance, while keeping a human in control of every official word.

We're an early-stage company based in Canada, learning directly from care operators while building documentation that respects both the people doing the work and the people being cared for.

What we hold to

Humans hold the pen

Software can draft, but accountability stays with people. We design for review, not replacement.

Earn the trust

We design for sensitive care data. Provenance, security, and consent aren't features — they're the floor.

Respect the floor

We design for frontline staff and the realities of a night shift — not a boardroom demo.

Less, but better

One thing done with care beats ten half-built features. We ship deliberately.
